Enrollment Policy

Tuition & Enrollment Agreement 2-Day Hands-On Sonography Bootcamp & 2-Month Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program Program Options Covered by This Agreement This agreement applies to enrollment in one or both of the following programs offered by National Sonography Academy: 2-Day Hands-On Sonography Bootcamp (Abdominal • Vascular • Cardiac / POCUS) 2-Month Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program Program Tuition 2-Day Hands-On Sonography Bootcamp Tuition: $1,999 Program Length: 2 Full Days (Weekend Intensive) 2-Month Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program Total Tuition: $9,500 Payment Terms – 2-Month Program A non-refundable enrollment deposit of $1,900 is required to secure a seat The remaining tuition balance is due according to the payment plan selected at enrollment Enrollment is not confirmed until the deposit is received and this agreement is executed Non-Refundable Deposit Policy (2-Month Program) The $1,900 enrollment deposit is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. The deposit covers, but is not limited to: Seat reservation in a limited-capacity program Instructor scheduling and curriculum access Administrative processing Externship coordination and placement preparation Once paid, the deposit cannot be refunded, regardless of: Attendance or non-attendance Participation level Withdrawal or dismissal Failure to complete the program Non-Refundable Tuition Policy (All Programs) 2-Day Bootcamp Tuition is non-refundable once paid No refunds are issued for non-attendance, partial attendance, or withdrawal 2-Month Program All tuition payments are non-refundable No refunds are issued for missed sessions, partial attendance, or unused externship dates Transfer Policy (Bootcamp & 2-Month Program) Tuition may be transferred under the following conditions: Transfers are permitted one (1) time only Transfer requests must be submitted in writing Transfers apply to a future start date of the same program Transfers must be used within 12 months Tuition cannot be transferred to another individual No additional transfers are permitted once a transfer is used Failure to attend the scheduled start date without an approved transfer request will result in forfeiture of all tuition paid. Withdrawal & Non-Attendance Students who withdraw, fail to attend, or stop participating remain financially responsible for all tuition obligations No refunds are issued for: Partial attendance Missed sessions Program withdrawal Dismissal for academic or conduct violations does not release the student from financial responsibility Program Changes & Scheduling National Sonography Academy reserves the right to: Modify schedules, instructors, delivery format, or externship locations if necessary Substitute equivalent instructional content when required Reschedule externship dates due to clinical site availability or unforeseen circumstances Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund. Important Program Disclosure These programs are skills-based and accelerated They are not traditional 2-year degree programs Enrollment does not guarantee licensure, certification, employment, or externship placement Students are responsible for understanding state and employer requirements Acknowledgment & Acceptance By enrolling in either program, the student acknowledges that they: Understand the accelerated, skills-based nature of the program Accept the non-refundable tuition and deposit policy Agree to the transfer limitations Understand that the program is not a traditional degree pathway Agree to comply with all academic, attendance, and conduct policies Enrollment and/or payment constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
